Night Festival & Indoor Craft Market

Dear Crafters
We would love you to join us at our Night Festival on Friday, 29 November 2024. The event will start from 16h30 and usually ends around 20h00. If you would like to be part of the fun this year, we would appreciate it if you would complete the form provided, giving full details of your stall, and return to us to book your table.
Please note that, as in previous years, no food stalls are allowed. We encourage “arts, craft, clothing market” items only to be sold. Second hand goods are not permitted for sale.
Please remember that King’s School is a Christian organisation, and we will not allow goods or items to be displayed or sold which conflict with our values and principles. i.e. no knives or items that are considered weapons.
Stalls:
The cost per stall, payable in advance, is R150.00, and includes a standard trestle table and two chairs. No other tables are allowed. Please bring your own tablecloth. There are NO plug points/electricity available for crafters.
Booking and payment:
Remember that your telephonic booking is provisional. Your stall is only secure once the R150.00 is paid in full. This can either be paid at the King’s School office on a Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or can be deposited into our bank account.

As the market will be housed indoors, it will not be cancelled due to bad weather. We would, however, like to know in advance if you will be cancelling your booking. Please note that your R150.00 is not refundable.
